Houston Solar AC collects information needed to respond to enquiries and fulfil orders: name, contact details, delivery address, enquiry information and order history. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers.

We do not sell personal data. Essential cookies support login sessions and your shopping cart. If you accept marketing cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure page and product views, cart additions, checkout starts, WhatsApp, telephone and email link clicks, successful enquiries and orders, and to improve our advertising. A contact-link click does not confirm that a message was sent or a conversation took place. Cash on Delivery orders count as purchases when placed; this does not mean payment has been collected.

Meta may receive browser and device information, your IP address, visited page URLs, advertising identifiers and event information such as product IDs, quantities and order value. We do not include your name, email, telephone, address or enquiry message in our event parameters. Marketing tracking stays off until you choose to accept. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of storefront pages. We remember your preference for up to 180 days.
